Bonvier offer 2 year manufacturer's warranty on all products from the date of purchase, unless otherwise is stated in writing. This warranty covers manufacturing faults on the product. To receive the replacement that is covered under this warranty you have to make contact with Bonvier customer service immediately.
Note that replacements will be charged, even during the warranty term, if failure or damage of the product is caused by improper use, carelessness, outer forces, unjustifiable repair or modification, esthetic changes that occur during use such as scratches. Replacement product will also be charged if the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if the warranty is not submitted along with the watch. Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty term.
This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified terms, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the customer.
