What if I have not received an order confirmation?
Your order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address directly after you have placed your order. The order confirmation also serves as a receipt. If you have not yet received your order confirmation, please e-mail our customer service.
How do I use a discount code?
You enter your discount code at checkout after you have filled in your personal information. Once you have added your discount code, the discount will immediately be deducted from the total sum when adding the coupon. Please be aware that you can only use one discount code per order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can change or cancel your order before we have shipped it.
What do I do if my watch got broken?
Please contact our customer service with information about what has happened to your watch and your order number. Our manufacturing will examine your inquiry and contact you with further information. We offer a 2 year manufacturer's warranty on all our watches, but it does not cover damage caused by water or outer force. For more information about the rules for the guarantee, please read our terms and conditions.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item or a defective item?
We recommend that you as a customer controls that the item is correct and in perfect condition when you receive your order. If you have received the wrong item or if the item has a defect, please contact our customer service within 3 weeks for complaints.
Can I somehow track my package?
You should have received a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order was completed. All our orders can be traced through www.ups.com, which we use as our shipping carrier. If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact our customer service.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. No matter where you live, we will ship your order right to your doorstep. If you have any further questions about our shipping standards, please read our shipping information, or contact our customer service.
Is there any additional charges when I receive the package?
If you order from a country outside of the European Union, you do not have to pay VAT. So you have to pay VAT and customs duty when you receive your package in your country. This fee is charged by the UPS. So please remember, when you choose your country outside of the EU at checkout, the VAT will be deducted. Are the prices included VAT?
All our prices shown on our website is included VAT. The Italian VAT is today 18% of the price that we show. If you live outside of the EU, the VAT will be deducted from your order at checkout when you choose your home country.
In which currencies are the prices in the shop?
We support several different currencies and our website is available in several different languages as well. To choose preferred currency and language, please click and change at the top right corner of our website. We have today the following currencies and languages available;
All our prices on our website are included Italian VAT which is 18% of the price shown. If you order from a country within the EU, you pay the full price including VAT and no other fees are added. If you order from a country outside of the EU, will the Italian VAT is deducted from the price at checkout when you choose your country. Instead, you will pay the VAT and customs duty in your country to UPS. Both VAT and customs duty differs between countries and we advise you to contact your customs duty office for further information.
Can I pay with a currency not supported by your website?
Yes, of course. Because we always charge you in the currency specified on the homepage, afterwards it's your bank that converts the payment to the right currency for you.
From where are you shipping the package?
All our products are shipped directly from Italy.
How do I return a product?
With the receipt of the watch you have 3 weeks to complete the return process, which is explained in detail in our terms and conditions. If the return claim is valid and correct we will reimburse the full amount of your order, but not for sending the package in return. The customer have to arrange the shipping and it is important that the item is packaged carefully so it will not get damaged, and that the delivery is insured.
For you to feel confident and secure we offer you 3 weeks purchase on approval, which is also in agreement with the Italian law. After you have sent back the watch and we have received it, we will control that it is in perfect condition as when it was delivered and reimburse you with the full amount.
